The first major snowstorm of the season hit late last night and early today. Having the urge to capture the fresh snow I brought along my camera gear today with the hopes of taking some photos. With a rather light workload today I decided to leave work early and head down towards Eldorado Canyon State Park. As I arrived at the park the snow was still flying and was already at a depth of around 11 inches. The heavy wet snow made it very difficult to take photos as the snow seemed to get everywhere on my camera. Taking a few photos I called it a day and journeyed back home.
