I received my new lens last night (Canon 16-35mm f2.8II) and just had to try it out this morning. After leaving the house at 5:30 I soon arrived at Plainview Rd. Although they skies were mostly sunny, the sunrise was still a treat for the eyes. As the sunrise subsided I switched to my macro lens and started looking for new growth of Spring. It didn’t take long for me to find quite a few flowers, Indian Paintbrush and Sand Lillies just to name a few. Overall it was a great way to start the work day!
