Well its officially Spring! And what better way to spend the morning than photographing the last snowstorm of Winter! During the day on Thursday the temperatures reached in the upper 60’s around the Denver Metro Area. But during the night a cold front slipped in, along with moisture, and dumped about 10inches of snow on Friday. After waking up rather early today I decided to get out and take some photos. With the roads being icy and the sunrise already in full swing, I took a quick 10min drive to my favorite overlook. Its located next to the intersection of McCaslin &  Hwy 128. The temperatures this morning were hovering around 1F with a bone chilling windchill. Overall it was a cold start to Spring!
