On this frigid morning (5F/-15C) the sun put on a spectacular show along the banks of Clear Creek. The area is located along Interstate 70 and is near the new fly over for US6. Although it was extremely cold there were numerous types of mammals and avian species. A few that I can name are: Mule Deer, Coyote, Muskrat, Great Blue Heron, Mallard Duck, Belted Kingfisher, Black Capped Chickadee, American Robin, Common Raven.
